I was thinking about placing an order, but the ingredient info wasn’t clear enough for me. I kept clicking around and still felt like I wasn’t getting a straight answer on what was actually in the products. It just felt vague, and then still vague, and I really don’t want to put something on my skin if I’m not sure what’s in it. Maybe the info is hidden somewhere, but it shouldn’t be that hard to find. The lack of clear ingredient details really put me off, so I ended up not buying

My skin is super sensitive and usually throws a fit over everything, but this didn’t mess it up at all. No weird redness, no burning, just worked fine for me.

The box arrived in rough shape, with the packaging torn and the product barely protected inside. the extra hassle of worrying whether it was damaged felt unnecessary

I do like that they seem serious about ethical sourcing, it feels honest and not just slapped on for marketing. The shop itself is decent too. Shipping took longer than I expected though, so whoever runs this probably needs to tighten that part up a bit.
